12 Days of An Anime Christmas
This is a variation on the song "The 12 Days of Christmas". It's a list of what each day is, and then at the bottom is the final verse that includes all of the options.
Just for the record, spatulas are a reference to Ukyo and donuts are reference to Trigun.
